You have seen how projects can have success and failure. In
this Discussion, discuss a project or initiative from your organization
(current or past) where the project did not live up to expectations. Describe
the project focus and discuss what you experienced and how it relates to the
module. If you do not have an experience to draw on, feel free to do some
research to identify a situation that warrants discussion.

The PMO: Your Experiences and Perspectives
Some organizations have project management offices (PMO) and
others do not. If your organization has a PMO, describe your interactions with
the PMO. If your organization does not have a PMO or you do not interact with
the PMO, describe the benefits you believe your organization could realize by
implementing or improving your PMO.

Agile/Scrum
Some organizations utilize Agile/Scrum. Discuss your
experience with Agile/Scrum and how it affected a project. If you have no
Agile/Scrum experience, leverage your initial reading and describe how you feel
it could have helped in a project in the past.

Six Sigma: Your Experiences and Perspectives
Some organizations have implemented Six Sigma programs.
Discuss your experience with Six Sigma programs and if you have no Six Sigma
