In writing your Reflection Notes, the overview/summary and You will need to read the specified materials and write reflective reviews prior to each class
meeting. The reflection notes should include a brief overview of the main idea of the readings
(overall about half of your text can be devoted to this overview) but should go beyond a
summary by (a) critically reflecting on the issues raised in the readings and sharing comments
and questions about them, and (b) connecting the theoretical and methodological issues to your own past/present/future research.
your own comments do NOT need to be necessarily put into two separate sections or paragraphs. They can be integrated as a whole.
