Term Paper Instructions
The term paper must be 10-12 pages, not including a cover page and bibliography. Sources for this paper cannot include textbooks or encyclopedias (including Wikipedia). Thoroughly cite your sources throughout the paper. Identify 2 serial murderers, 1 organized and 1 disorganized, explaining by their activities why they are classified as such. Describe their methods of operation and how their crimes were linked. Give detailed accounts of the investigations that led to the arrests, including crime scene searches, field investigations, profiling, any search warrants executed and results of the post arrest interrogations. What were the final dispositions of the cases? Did either case result in new legislation or new police procedures? In the opening and closing paragraphs, address both cases. Throughout the rest of the report, treat each case separately.
This term paper should be on Richard Kuklinski (Organized Serial Killer) and Samuel Little (Disorganized Serial Killer), strictly using the directions above. The writer may choose the sources, but they must be approved by me before the beginning the paper. The instructor uses Turn It In, so please be sure this paper is properly written.
