If there are differences across states/regions/cities, please discuss those using empirical data from reliable sources. When analyzing best practices, discuss the pros and cons. Finally, discuss any ethical issues in HR decisions pertaining to your topic.
4. Conclusion and Recommendation—Summarize the key findings. Conclude with recommendations about how best to tackle this issue. What does this imply for practice and future research?
