Hello everyone,
I have chosen Zaxby’s and Chick -fll-A to compare. The reason I chose these two is that I enjoy both and my kids love them. Zaxby’s layout at my closest location is open, plenty of seating if you chose to dine in, and you can see the menu clearly. You can clearly see the order line and pickup line so customers can’t be confused and ask “are you in line” like people tend to do. Their layout enhances the productivity and customer experience because you can see their layout clearly and know where to go without any confusion and you always have seats to choose from if you dine in.
Chick-fil-A layout is by far the best because as you walk in, you follow the preset line so it’s a single file line, the menu is big, bright, and easy to read (even the small print nutrition info) and almost as soon as you walk in, they have you at the counter ready to take your order. The layout has you seeing the entire inside because it’s wide open and depending on where you sit, you can still see the menu. The company seems to cater to the consumer so we have the best experience possible while dining no matter if it’s dining inside or through the drive-thru. This company’s layout enhances the customer experience because it is so open, and easy to navigate.
