When one considers the amount of authority that these group members have in overseeing or in regulating your organization, it is apparent that one’s ability to communicate well with the members of these entities is important. 1. Reflection QuestionWhat experience have you had with boards of directors/trustees? How about with regulatory agencies, such as federal, state, or local government oversight agencies; private companies; insurers; or some other oversight entity?2. Application Questiona. Now, think about your strategic communication plan and what you learned about the key stakeholders from your needs assessment.b.
