I utilized a search method to identify the various components of the study problem. It was determining the personal health issues that affect nurses in this scenario. The technique aided in the distribution of information emphasizing the need of caring for nurses while they provide care to the public. Another crucial search approach was to guarantee that the sources chosen were current and up-to-date within the last five years.

The researchers conducted a cross-sectional survey to identify the factors that contribute to nursing weariness and burnout. During the epidemic, one of the issues identified is the increased need for care by frontline nurses. The circumstance exacerbated the already-existing nursing shortage.
